Wow I can't believe this video has so many views. Sorry for wasting anybody's time this video was merely a result of my boredom. Yes the video is fake like all the comments suggest and yes I am aware of the atrocious spelling.
Well If you bothered to read this description you might have some interest in my video and how it came to be. In that case here is the history of the video (to the best of my memory):
1/30/2008:
Friend positions a sword into a elites hand, takes screenshot and uploads it to Bungie.net: http://www.bungie.net/Online/Halo3UserContentDetails.aspx?h3fileid=20606602
3/11/ 2008:
Sitting at my computer bored I get the idea to make this video. I open up iMovie and make the video in less than an hour, I upload the video that same day.
If I remember correctly the original description was something like this:
halo 3 duel swords real. Proof:
http://www.bungie.net/Online/Halo3UserContentDetails.aspx?h3fileid=20606602
3/18?/2008:
Sometime within that upcoming week I decide I want to have more views so I start spamming a link to this video on perhaps a dozen various sites with titles like: duel swords?, is this video real?, How do you do this?, omg duel swords!. After doing this the video views go up to a couple of thousand (I don't remember exactly how much but the view count did not go up dramatically).
?/?/2008:
Sometime in the upcoming days/weeks the views started coming in and kept coming in at a fairly steady pace and would continue to go up. My friend starts to receive constant messages asking how he could equipt dual swords and also starts receiving a ton of friend requests. Unknown people start popping into his Halo 3 custom games and matches randomly.
11/7/2008:
The confusion over my video and others like it inspired user RSmassacre to post a video explaining how my video was done:

?/?/2008:
Sometime during 2008 my friend decided he had enough online harassment and opened up a new account for Xbox Live. I apologized to my friend but he seemed to like having an excuse to have a fresh start and he said that he already was wanting to change his username.
After this happened I promised myself I would consider the consequences of my actions the next time I posted someones info online even its something as simple as a username or profile.
1/21/2009:
User azzaman678 decided to steal my video and post it to his channel titled "Dual weild swords in halo 3". Unlike me he did manage to spell "Dual" correctly be he still couldn't get "weild" spelled correctly. Maybe its a common word to spell incorrectly?
Despite him being an uncreative thief non of his videos ever made it big. What is the point of stealing videos anyways? Do the few views they gets make their small e-penis's bigger or something?
The stolen video can be seen here:

04/17/10:
I get an offer to have my videos audio swapped in exchange for $30. I ignored this offer and kept the original System Of A Down song.
________
To this day I wonder how my video and others of similar content/quality can get so many views. I guess the internet is strange that way, you see really great and creative videos with no views and then you see a video like this one with nearly 500,000 views. This is something I think about whenever I see a great video or website with a small amount of views.
