@answertalker54 "peacefully" and "at an old age" don't belong together with "die" in a sentence unless it's "in their sleep" and even then it's not very peaceful to have to piss in the middle of the night, being too fed up/lazy to deal with it and dying from it. Frankly, there's nothing peaceful about dying at an old age, it only becomes harder and more painful to wait for death.

sigh~ why can't cats die peacefully at an old age. all my aunts cats died from cancer, one of the two she has now has a tumor on its sholder blade and its cancerous.

We're sad to report that our cat Charlie,(the handsome orange and white guy in this video) died in July while recovering from anesthesia for a routine lump removal. He was only 6 years old. We miss him terribly.
