The family I rescued from the back porch last month on a hot day.
Today they are 4 weeks old, and so damn cute it hurts. made this epic little film today to mark the moment and introduce them to their possible new families.
They'r getting big enough we have to start making plans for finding them homes. So to that ends we set up a facebook event page to help. If you're in the Montreal area check it out.
Let me have Ange introduce you formally to everyone...
Khaleesi-- what a lover she is. She LOVES attention, is a real chatterbox, and is very happy with cuddling.
Our best estimates is that she is perhaps no older than a year, and now that we have her with us, has finally put some meat on her ribs.
She's small but a feisty happy queen, who we're going to take care of having spayed as soon as the bebes are weaned.
She's a gorgeous calico (see pics) with big bright eyes.
Buddha (female): White and brown-stripe (maybe long hair). She is very brave and the first to say hello when she hears us. She is robust and calm, a confident and playful kit.
Finn (male): Tabby from head to toe (maybe long-hair). Personality traits thus far: Mama's boy, an avid napper, somewhat curious but a little cautious. Bound to be a calm companion.
Skuggi (female): All black short-hair. She is trusting and likes company and calm when held. Explores when feeling safer.
Aster (female): Calico short-hair. She is very curious and smaller than her siblings (will probably be a small cat like her mother). Not particularly cautious, and quite playful already.
Sorry Germany, the music is not mine, so you can't see.
I played Badly Drawn Boy's perfect "Once Around the Block" to introduce the kittens, Rolling Stones "Strange Cat" to wake up Finn. And ended with Stereophonic Space Sound Unlimited "Black Cat Mystery" for the alley cat brawl.
As it should be. I hope no one minds too much. The kittens make you look good.
We think we may keep Skuggi.
