I think people read too far into this... what they don't understand is that the illuminati came from the Enlightenment age... they didn't think that GOD was the answer to everything... they wanted to KNOW! that's it... all they want is knowledge, proof, of the perfect truth.
religious institutions despise individuality, inner understanding, and knowledge; that's why the illuminati has been demonized and shunned...
