Malibu Boats (@MalibuBoats) Switzerland Dealer, US Nautic, started the Swiss Malibu Team in late 2009 to expose wakeboarding to more of the Swiss people and bolster the competitive side of the sport in this region. This 10 person team consists of 3 girls and 7 boys all between the ages of 16 and 25. US Nautic is screening additional Swiss team member for 2010 who posses a talent for wakeboarding and can serve as positive role models in the sport. The Swiss Malibu Team has plans to participate in all 2010 Swiss wakeboard competitions and share wakeboarding with their countrymen every time they take the lake.
This video was shot on Lake Lugano near the Italian border. The Swiss Malibu Team rides behind a Wakesetter 23 LSV provided by US Nautic.
