Oh what the hell. You did this so horribly wrong. You tamped wrong, you pulled the shot terribly wrong and you mixed the water and espresso incredibly wrong. Why would you make a how to styled video when you don't even know how to do it?

I would put the hot water spout below the head so I could keep more of the foam on top.
