  • Upright row / Deadlift - thumb distance from thigh but not go wide.

    Lunge / Squat - Bar should be on meaty of the upper back

    Split stance - back leg step too far

    Overhead press - elbow tracking away from the body

  • Hola, tu enseñas la tecnica. 1º los hombros atras y no podras bajas de las rodillas te lo aseeguro, 2º las articulaciones no se bloquean, siempre flexionadas. piernas lamentable, sin comentarios extras lunches a medias, hombros hacia el frente los codos, el resto regular, puedes entrenar pero no enseñar, absolutamente no. No obstante gracias por el video.
