shit i had my first legitamate event at a lounge/club this past thursday and fuck it went horrible. but in the past few days ive reviewed what i did wrong. i dropped my buisness partner. it was an expensive learning experience lol

how does a promoter get earn? is it by member that he/she bring to the club? get pay in advance? commission or how?
