What a beautiful and CLASSY lady! She sounds EXACTLY as she did 50 years ago! Wow!

Joanie you sound as good as when the song came out. I must have heard this song 10,000 times as a kid.

Lol, was that a Kazoo ? I have one too ! It is pink, but I am not able to use it.
I blow and blow but it does not sound good ! Maybe I should read again the manual ! :))
Pretty Good One !! Thank you for posting. Big Thumbs Up !!!

Songs likes this will never die. Let today's people gravitate toward Stefani Germanotta and the like. I praise artists like Joan Annette Drost--Joanie Sommers to you.
Merry Christmas.
That's exactly right! Little House.... you nailed it! And I didn't notice Mary Wilson. Looks like I'll have to play it again. Thanks so much!

You're welcome. I uploaded Ketty's performance of "Love Letters" from this event, so search for that here on my channel, also.

Joanie sounds great and I've always loved that song. She still rocks it with ease! Does anyone know the name of the black lady in the background? Her face is very familiar.

If you mean the woman with the purple top, it is Ketty Lester, who sang "Love Letters" and was also in the cast of Little House on the Prairie. In the same shot, the woman with the black top is Mary Wilson, of the Supremes.

Who is the blonde woman in the front?

Wish I had written her name down, since others have asked and I did answer it in a couple videos. Sorry, but I don't recall her name. Unlike almost everyone else in the audience, she is not a recording artist. She was an agent that booked many of the folks you see.
