Good for Kent Allard - I was going to vote for superman, who as an alien, what is what he is, can fly and do a lot of things that a plain earling could never do, but now, I see that a genius like old ragged shirt with his knowledge of chemistry (with the aid of Monk, bien entendu), could synthetize kryptonite and Superman would be pfffft.
Now perhaps Batman vs. Doc would be fairer.

Its not fair because Doc Savage doesn't have powers far beyond those of mortal men. Doc Savage is only perfectly ideal physically & mentally, but he can't lift a car or anything.
