My iPod Classic (120GB) has crashed. There's nothing I can do for restoring him.
Diagnosis Mode don't detect Hard Drive.
10 Months use. No shocking, w/o any Restores made, just has died. =(

The iPod has already been exchanged.

  • If allowed I had the same device and I have the same problem please help me solve the problem I have seen in ur comments you have repaired it help meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee to fix it :S:S:S:S

  • @SuperMadkour As I said, I sent my iPod to Technical Support and they sent me a new one, due to warranty lifetime. I suggest you doing the same.

  • This is why you don't drop it on the floor, it ruins the hard drive.

  • @Mdudeman13 Mine didn't drop out from anywhere. It happened "forever alone" =P

  • this works.....hold down on center and menu button until it resets and then hold it frmly in one hand and slap the other side with your palm.....keep repeating this until it works

  • This happen to man also. But i had the 80gb. I fixed the problem tho. I read on line to purposly drop it on the floor There was no way i was going to do that on purpose even tho i though it was screwed. Soo i took the initative and i took the pillow on my bed and put that on the floor and i threw my ipod as hard as i could into it. The 3 time i did it i powered up the ipod and sure enough it fucking fixed it haha. Try it out and let me know if it helped
