Great video, yes it is hard to follow a diet on your own. I joined the low sodium diet group (named 'eatlowsodium') on Facebook recently. It helps.

i have a family history of high blood pressure and im trying to limit my salt intake, but its really hard.

800 mg per meal is very ideal. I have never heard anyone say how much is a proper intake of sodium. Thanks a million, I just got diagnosed with hypertension,.
