Military bases were closing under Bush Senior. That started in 89'. I think this NWO problem is way beyond politics,however it seems that some people are locked in the blame game syndrome.

yea nevermind that under Aspin, Perry and Cohen that they were slashing Defense budgets right and left including military bases in the sake of saving billions. Defense budgets for the CIA, NSA and other intel departments were hurt with these budget cuts. You don't have to ask right wing think tanks. just look at the Fiscal Year budgets during his 8 years in office. haha

harrys73 - Clinton fully funded the CIA during his term. in fact The Joint Cheifs complained one year that the defence budget allocation was excessive.

I don't think anyone outside of a right wing think tank, will agree with the assertion that the CIA or any other intel organ suffered under clinton.
