If Carl Brizzy did his job he would also charge him with driving his own children while beeing drunk ...but Carl has his own drinking problem to deal with... he thinks it is ok to drive his golf cart in a wreckless maner ,hurt his passenger and not report it . Another coverup by the police ! One drunk investigating another....sick

I question the judgement of ALL his fellow officers . How can they not recognize this type of behavior .This is what they are trained for These things don't just happen overnight . He has had to have done this (working while intoxicated) before. Indianapolis Police =a bunch of blundering bafoons...or a bunch of crooked corrupt cops covering up for each other ...either way they suck :)
