MetrixLab, a global provider of online consumer research services, announced on November 8th that it has acquired CRM Metrix, a leading specialist in digital marketing analytics, with offices in Paris and New York. CRM Metrix is well known for its performance measurement solutions for brand websites, online advertising campaigns, email CRM programs, social media, online sponsorships, and micro sites. The company will be integrated with MetrixLab's E-Business Performance Research group and will be led by MetrixLab's Business Unit Director Thomas Marteijn and CRM Metrix's original Founder, Dr. Laurent Florès.
