  • Dis the spring reduce the wheel hop ?

  • Its been a while since I had it (I currently have a 08 si with the Greddy turbo kit) but not to my knowledge. I would try some different motor mounts possibly to reduce that.

  • Wow that road is narrow, where is that located? Looks like a fun drive.

  • Saluda, NC. Its a blast man!

  • did the springs effect 0 to 60 at all?

  • any problems with these so far how long have you had them on?

  • i just put H&R. Really like the look but the ride is very bumpy. I guess it would take a while to get used of it.

  • Seriously, that road rocks. I would love to have seen this video even more if you had the full Sport-System-Plus installed. You would have been whipping through that road even faster and in more control. You were wearing those tires out haha :D

  • Thanks....!!!

  • Cutting stock springs actually lowers the spring rate. So the springs are trying to still support the car but are made to do so in less room. When you buy lowering springs, they are much stiffer usually to compensate and support the car and provide better handling characteristics.

  • Cobb claims that there springs reduce wheel hop. In theroy it makes sence that stiffer spring would stop load transfer to the rear tires. no one says the spring helped with wheel hop the MM and trans mounts are one the best things to be done to any fwd car

  • I thought that landscape looked familiar! I used to drive around Boone alot and now have moved to Spindale. I miss those mountain roads.
