2009 Charcot Award Lecture - Pt 1 - The Pathogenesis of relapsing and remitting MS
Prof Prineas winner of the 2009 Multiple Sclerosis International Federations prestigious biennial Charcot Award .
His recent findings of sick and dying cells in the early stages of MS, prior to the autoimmune response, have revolutionised the worldwide understanding of the disease, providing hope for new therapies which include the potential repair of neural damage.
