SNL sucks. Should have left the airwaves in 1980 (the last time it was funny BTW).
Once the 'Not Ready for Prime-Time Players' (Chase, Belushi, Aykyroyd, Radner, etc) left that's when it jumped the shark.

They're both humour, and anyone that can't see that is an idiot. Satire isn't news, isn't meant to be serious. People need to learn that, especially with people like Stephen Colbert. I love the guy and the show, but it IS on Comedy Central.

And what does SNL and britethorn think about MSNBC? Keith Olbermann, Rachel Maddow, Chris Matthews, Ed Schutlz...need I go on with far-left personalities dominating a news network. In fact, uber-liberal Keith Olbermann ANCHORED the network's coverage of last year's RNC/DNC. While Fox is certainly to the right of center, it's unfair and ignorant to single them out as the only biased news source. If you don't like right wing bias but have no problem with that on the left, you're a hypocrite.

SNL has lampooned all the MSNBC personalities you mentioned several time over the past few years (with the exception of Ed Schultz , who most people don't know.) They've made fun of liberal leaning broadcasters much more often then Fox.

It's funny how Letterman making fun of Palin was humor but SNL making fun of Fox News is letting them have it. Which one is it far left?
