Hey Kook, Im gonna make these again but wondering can I form them into biscuits and put in fridge and cook later, will they be ok?

@pandmonium2k7 Hi Gary. Yes they can be frozen. Your correct in shaping them first then freezing. They defrost easily enough too as an hour on the counter should do the trick. My mum would do this all the time with bread, cookie, pastry and biscuits. Saves a bit of time.
