It has little to do with weakness, besides, Batman has no powers. The point is Moonknight is crazy, has insane amounts of money, has a butler, has no real superpowers, uses fear to his advantage, and even has a moonjet. He's Batman. The Vision is Superman. And the reason these two are so underused and don't sell well, is because they are like DC characters. The fundamental difference between DC and Marvel is DC is mythic, and Marvel is personal. DC characters don't work well in the Marvel world.
