I disagree with their beliefs, but they have just as many rights to speak their mind as pro-choice people, like me.

@13fanboi : There are superstitious beliefs on supernatural, that is bullshit and nonsense. Trying to make kids believe bullshit about gods and jesuses is brainwashing with lies.
Then there a beliefs like moral values and behaviour codes of society. Values and codes not based on superstition. Those are valuable instructions.

@13fanboi : We cant have organised religion having any power. Why would we? What is the point on tolerating superstition?
If we still have stupid parents indoctrinating their children with lies and nonsense, somebody has to tell those kids the truth. Teachers are in the bussiness of telling the truth, its their job. When ridiculous superstition contradicts reality on schools, teachers have to say what is real and what is bullshit. You can clearly see otherwise people might get confused.

@bary1234 there is a difference between brainwashing and teaching kids a set of beliefs. I have found that when someone teaches kids thing you believe in that is called instruction. If they teach them something that you disagree with then it is indoctrination and brainwashing.

@bary1234 I agree in that I don't want science class used to adress matters of faith, but I do not want science class used to attack faith or those who have it either. I have seen science teachers use their classes as private soap boxes to attack religion/faith. That is not what science class should be about either.

@HolyknightVader999 : So nobody teaches that christians are satan, you just wanted to highlight your point with some nonsense-words from ancient barbaric myths.
What public schools teaches that christians are the enemy? Do you live in Iran or something?
-
@HolyknightVader999 : If freedom of speech to you means teaching any old bullshit as facts on schools then you have missunderstood that consept too. On schools we must teach proper science, no myths and fantasies. So no creation, defenately, ever. And defenately its not teachers job to give kids a "choice" between truth and bullshit. Teachers teach science and reality as we understand it, thats how it should be.

@HolyknightVader999 : Abortion is not without risk, and nobody should have to resort to it. We should have free family planning, free sterilisation and free contraseption available to all humans globally. But if all fails, and baby is not wanted, it should defenately be aborted, as early as possible. Unwanted babies is something we cant have.
Do you know what is done in female genital mutilation? Look it up so you dont babble nonsense anymore.

@bary1234 Abortion IS FGM BECAUSE MOST ABORTIONS ARE DONE BY REACHING ONTO A WOMAN AND SNAPPING THAT BABY'S NECK. ENOUGH ABORTIONS CAN KILL WOMEN.
My position is that neither creationism or evolution has been fully proven. So teach both to kids and let them make the conclusions. It's called freedom of speech. Public schools instead paint Christians as the enemy. "Satan" in hebrew terms means "enemy."
