I'm very mixed on the subject. While a lot of these companies earn millions and billions each year, it's not fair that such a small group gets to bargain all of these great health benefits and high wages when the rest of this country don't even have jobs. All they do is pass the cost onto consumers. Full pension at 52? I've never really had any good experiences with unions, especially in construction. YMMV I suppose.
