is there any high ranking officers in Iran with little bit of dignity and kindness who can follow these sort of inciedents and put stop to them. the simple sentence is that's not fair, it is emoral, it is against Islam and all other religions. stop it please.

She probably wore make up, or her veil didn´t disguise her hair well enough, maybe her "manteau" (jacket) was too short.... it's one of these, or maybe in combination with one another...
