Apocalyptica...no doubt an awesome band...great music when drawing, painting etc. Zen's you in ;-) Hey Azelyn, would you happen to have this image recorded to the end of the drawing? Looks killer. Also when you drop a color on the side in the painting, it that just to keep the color "fresh" as in untouched to use again in the future of the painting. I'm curious because I am starting to dive into painting digitally.

now thats a Foxy lady ! :D
nice work lad!
confused T.T Ok so lets's say you have canvas for background the 1st layer u create would be "line layer" the second layer is where you color in dif parts of the drawing.
It wouldn't matter if things overlapped because there'd b a layer to color that part in later.(correct me if wrong)
Oh n u go back n forth between layers to retouch say "layer 3 is fur" could you retouch fur in any other layer?
As a suggestion could you make a vid saying how 2 use layers(can't find 1 here that's specific)

I don't really get what youre saying, lol. I have 3 layers here. From bottom to top, Canvas , Color layer and Lines on the last. I just color all in the color layer. If I want to use any whites i put them on the line layer later.

What do you use to color over the lineart without hiding it underneath? Is it just the paintbrush set to color rather than normal?

well if you look at my layer box, you see canvas which is white and untouched because i have no background, all of the color, and the lineart above it. I draw the lineart on a seperate layer. and color beneathe it. :3
