I vote Matt just because I liked the use of the fences as the ropes :P

As soon as Matt finished the top of the first tower, I knew it was the London bridge, so it couldn't have been as bad as you felt it was. And when I found out that you would only have 15 minutes, I guessed that one of you would do an obelisk. :P

In the end, Matt's definitely looked best, but as Fred finished his before the time limit, my vote goes to his Washington Monument. Plus, exploding things are better.
