Yes I tackled the ol' Japanese Cheesecake as a "birthday gift" to myself and yes, I ate the entire thing!! (well I gave the hubbino and the offspring a small slice) There is nothing like having your cake and eating it too!!!
This Japanese cheesecake was pretty darn tasty and will be a repeat very soon. My hubby didn't care for it too much butI think that's because he has his palate ready to indulge in creamy, dense, sweet American cheesecake. Sorry babes.
This cheese is cotton soft, fluffy, and lightly sweetened. It taste great plain and with fresh fruit.
It's different and I'm so glad I tried something new! I know have a new cake to use for my strawberry shortcakes!
