Mayor Antonio villaraigosa,L.A.County Supervisor Gloria Molina and the Latino members of the L.A.City Council break their code of silence and speak out and coordinate a plan of action among themselves to help stop the ethnic cleansing campaign that
is being carried out by Latino gang members against African Americans throughout Southern California.
