For a very nicefoundation brush that you dont have to spend a lot on, check out the Ellf Powder brush from the studio line. Its 3 dollars at target and is actually really good. Its dense, easy to blend with and you can also use it to apply your powders too =]

Loreal has a eyeshadow primer called Decrease. NYX at Ulta has two (the best one to me is the HD one). Also like others have said, ELF at Target has a great one too.
