Hi hun,
The poles ive seen range from 45mm (1.75") to 50mm (1.96")
i am very petite with small hands but i dont want to learn and practise on a pole that is too small or im afraid i will struggle on a pole that may be too big when i need to work in a club??? Or isnt there much difference in the two sizes??
Also i was thinking of lifting some weights on a daily basis to help strengthen my arm muscles before i buy the pole, do you think this will help?xx

what;s the difference between the poles if one is for spinning? i didnt know there were pole types

Hi, just curious I been pole dancing for 11 weeks and seem to either get STUCK on the pole and my moves end up looking jerky and not fluid or alternatively I seem to slip and end up trying to not fall. I been using mighty grip but it seems to be TOO strong sometimes. Is there anything you could recommend at all?

did you take a class or did you teach yourself? I'm currently enrolled in a beginners class. My so bought me a pole for vday but I'm kinda scared of it

I am self taught, and now I teach. I would recommend going to classes to learn the basics!
