Mid-sized Stella grand concert guitars like this example are lees common than the parlor models. This one has a fancy faux-pearl or mother-of-toilet-seat fingerboard and ebony finish. It's the same size as Gibson's L-00 model from the same era, but has a very long 26.5 inch scale.

  • All the old Oscar Schmidt Stella guitars were ladder braced.

  • Nice sounding guitar. Did they use ladder bracing or X-bracing for the top?

    Thanks,
