How to upload files to the internet from a folder on your desktop

So basicly you can dl the program from this link

Because you have to be reffered, now im doing this to give you guys the program not to earn 250mb's I swear, I dont really use this haha, but its good for anything! Put dropbox on a flashdrive, then install on a diff computer and dl ur programs from the other computer.
