@XxAlmsivixX that's true. bane is a bigger threat and his goal may seem more destructive since he actually wants batman dead. but i think the dark knight will definitely remain a better movie for many reasons. it's become an epic which would be hard to beat and also i think that there is something more cynical about the joker trying to corrupt batman and kill everyone's hope rather than bane just killing batman. self corruption and having nothing good to believe in is much worse than just dying

@XxAlmsivixX I look at these movies like I look at comics. All the characters have different themes and motive for what they do. The Dark Knight Joker was based off Brian Azzarello graphic novel. This Joker is an agent of chaos whos goal is total anarchy. He is against any type of rules or organised system good or bad. He did not want to tease Batman or mix things up He simple saw him as his equal opposite Bane is a cold blooded terrorist. Joker sees terrorism as another system to be teared down
