JJ Grey and Mofro opened for Jonny Lang at EQC! OMG this guy was an awesome entertainer and the songs all JAMMED. JJ you ROCK!

i saw the band playing in my city recently. JJ drinks all through out the show. Its awesome that he does so well when hes buzzed.

Front Porch Soul is what they call it. If you're from Florida, you should get it. If you don't, you need to listen closer. I saw Mofro play Magfest one year. JJ put down an entire bottle of Maker's Mark before the show was over. This is one of those bands that sounds just as good live as they do in the studio. Keep on playin' JJ!

JJ Grey & Mofro, are a bunch of bad assed down to earth flat out great musicians. Humble guys who play their hearts out, and give the fans what they've come to hear. Great albums too. Check out their live recordings on Archive.org....great stuff, come February...we'll have seen 'em 9 times in less than 3 years. Hooked.

Ummm... he takes a few sips from a half-empty Corona, then takes one sip from a plastic cup (and hints that it's Maker's Mark).
Hardly the same as drinking "about 3 drinks".
I can't believe I never heard of this band before yesterday. I've been listening to and watching everything I can find. They're awesome!
