Kiddo and the Cabinet

Kiddo demonstrates his newfound skill: getting himself into a closed medicine cabinet.

If you listen, you will also hear Kiddo saying, "You're okay," "You're okay, Buddy!" and "Kiddo..." You will also see him chasing his older brother Buddy, who is not so high in the pecking order and doesn't get to play with the cabinet.

Kiddo is displaying typical Starling behavior of enjoying "cavities": dark, enclosed spaces in which to hide and possibly nest. Starlings are notorious for taking over nest boxes, attics, and any other crevice they can fit in to. Kiddo (who may in fact be a girl) is no different. I just hope he doesn't lay an egg in the medicine cabinet one day.
