Not dust, moisture, nor an insect. After a camera flash occurs, a light anomaly is seen via IR night vision camera speeding down the tween deck of San Diego's maritime museum, Star of India. A 'bang' against a nearby chain fence barrier was heard during the vigil, directing us to examine this specific sequence during evidence review. The anomaly was not seen during the investigation. Note the investigator's attention is drawn to the fence due to the sudden noise as it passes.
Evidence with multiple phenomena that help confirm a possible paranormal event is especially exciting.
