An Elf's Story - Behind the Scenes

he award-winning children's book "The Elf on The Shelf" has resulted in an amazing journey for authors Carol Aebersold and Chanda Bell. After receiving tremendous positive feedback from the book's distribution, as well as being listed on the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and Publisher's Weekly best-sellers list, the mother-daughters team of CCA&B decided to take the development of "The Elf on the Shelf" to the next level.

Trick 3D, along with Big Canoe Entertainment, took on the task of visualizing the essence of the true spirit, belief, and love of Christmas intertwined within this story. The team built a world, a story, and developed characters, which allow audiences to fully experience the wonders of the North Pole. The "Elf on the Shelf" is viewed as a "project of passion" and the development of this 2D and 3D movie is sure to represent the totality of that passion.
