  • @BIGDADDYJOHNSON27 yea i like the 5/3/1 program. Just don't wanna do it with bench because im scared of losing strength lol.. i feel as if i gotta keep lifting heavy then deloading once a month or so. Thanks, I thought the form was pretty good too

  • @powabuilda Wow! maybe i should just stick with the standing curls rather than changing over to wall curls. I should do a few cycles first, then max. I hope after I'm done, my standing curl with strict form is about 150. That'd be sweet. My PR is 142.5

  • @PowerlifterTy16 Ya, like I remember when I started my sports curl training on cycle I did 180 for 10. And a couple cycles later I was able to do 200 for 10!

  • @PowerlifterTy16 Ya, thats prolly a good idea.. I actually didnt max when I used the 5/3/1 until I did around 3 cycles... And that was usually before meets anyway..haha

  • @91lilfrozone23 it's for making slow, but steady gains. Curls are the perfect exercise for it because you cant do monster weight with it anyway.
