  • i just went there this year 2011 Dec but it was closed because it was winter there i dont understand a topical island. oh well

  • @tino222008 It was closed due to the incompetence of the local mayor there. You probably didn´t miss much. I don´t think the infrastructure there has improved much. But the people keep electing these morons so they are getting what they deserve.  Arroyo has one of the highest unemployment rates in Puerto Rico.

  • @Hectorin2281 No había partes más bonitas. Aquello es un vertedero. Y la carretera es un asco. Bochorno le debería dar a la gente de Arroyo. Y al alcalde, quien quiera que sea. Arroyo tiene tremendo potencial turístico pero con esa suciedad no va pa´ ningún lado.

  • saludos desde Philadelphia,es verdad q es tremenda playa pero si no le dan mantenimiento,no sirve,yo no me explico como a estas alturas del tiempo no se han tomado en serio la limpieza de esta playa q tiene tremando potencial turistico,le debe de dar verguenza al gobierno q este de turno q esto siga pasando atravez de los a~os,q se dejen de politiqueria y se pongan a hacer lo q tienen q hacer sea el partido q sea,parece mentira q en nuestro pueblo siga esta situacion...

  • The people of Arroyo celebrate a wide variety of festivals during the year. For example, a traditional carnaval is held during the month of February. Also, the "Fiesta Negra", which celebrates the African heritage of the island, is held during March.
