  • this vid is ridick. blocking negative thoughts doesnt change your situation, you have to change it yourself. and this math shit, its totally status quo, black and white, cookie-cutter. you dont find a good life by calculating thoughts because a happy life isnt expressed in an equation. a healthy life ain't black and white, every day is a new day and everything is conditional. shove this positive psychology up someone's ass. please. its an insult to real optimism.
