How many runs does it take for you to get speed runs like this down?

It can take a good 2-3 hours for the tougher stages since I have to plan the run first and figure what works fastest, without taking damage. Doing a speedrun is easy, doing a 100pt run is easy, doing a no damage run is easy, but putting all of them together is very hard. The more random the attacks the worse it is too.

The next stage (Kraft) will be very quick to do.
