  • what is this type of music? sort of old dnb? i love it and want to listen to more, goldie inner city life is amazing aswel tho.

  • @crudnup This is sort of drum&bass is known as Intelligent drum&bass, it has a very heavy jungle influence but also gets influences from jazz and soul sounds/samples. I'd suggest to start listening to anything from Good Looking Records if you like this sound, LTJ Bukem is the master and grandfather of this sub-genre.

  • @Oxix999 FYI the sax was played by Molly Duncan from the Average white band, a master Musician.

  • @morton360 I could be wrong, but I'm sure this first came out on GLR18 with Careless Minds on the flip which is also another sax fuelled track. Both awesome tunes.

Also check out a track by "Axis - One in Ten", this came out on GLR 17.

  • OMG....Im not even beleivin' I stumbled across this song....I remember owning this on vynal & spinning this with my ambient Jungle sets back in tha day !!!! Awesome & rare track !!!!
