Holly Holy Day part 4 The Battle

This is the final film from the Holly holy Day in Nantwich showing the actual battle. Unfortunately I found out to late that I hadnt taken any spare discs with me so only managed to catch 10 mintues of the battle instead of the hour. Because this year a lot of the field was sealed off due to flooding it made it difficult to get a good viewing space. The sound was amazing with the cannons going off, the muskets being fired and the shouting from both sides and the drums beating. I think it was the best year for the noise from the field than ive heard before. At the end of the battle there was a minutes silence and the place just fell deadly quiet, it was a bit eerie. I will now have to wait 12 months before I can film it again hopefully next time I will be more prepared. Thanks and well done to the Sealed Knot society who made it a good day out.
