I had a wrapp done omce. It was weird and clammy while you're in the suit but i lost like 13 inches. I had water around my knees and so i couldn't exercise but after i could and the swelling has not come back. I exercise regularly now too. I'm thinking of trying something at home for my stubborn stomach,it won't lose inches fast enough lol

@paul19781105 you would be surprised. in a last min attempt to look good for this wedding i had this summer, i made my own version of this, mainly a gel that was high in caffine and other herbs, wrapped my belly, went to bed, woke up 3 inches smaller around my waist, and no, i wasn't sucking it in lol. the fact is living healthy is important, eating healthy, and staying active, but every now and then you need a little help.
