That's for correcting me. After reading your comment I went and tried this technique. It is very difficult but after an hour or so in practice this video makes a lot more sense.

This is not snaking. This is a technique called MTS(Momentum Turbo Slide). You snake by setting your vehicle to 0%(acceleration) and alternate between pressing right+R and left+L. You can use any setting for MTS(in this vid 100% = maxspeed is used, snaking is not possible with 100%). You start to drift(hold R+L and analog stick), then release A, hold the stick left and hold the R trigger(or right+L). Doing that as quickly as in this vid requires a LOT of skill. So no snaking here.

i have the car settings set to 100%, which makes it impossible to snake. however you can still do a lot of other techniques, which you can see in this video.
