if u mean the 10 spells at the bottom left corner, it's the pet bar.. I'm only using blizzards built-in actionbars.

If u dont believe it, fine with me. But the reason i put it on youtube was because I (the lock, around lvl 40) was helping my two friends doing the Captains Chest q, they were around 35-40 at the time.. your choice to belive it.
