I was there for the spectacular opening ceremony in Thomond Park and the closing ceremony and attended some events in between and I must say it was one of the greatest events I have ever witnessed in terms of organisation, dedication and lots of fun! It was a credit to the great people who run Special Olympics Ireland, the people of Limerick and of course the mighty athletes themselves! :D
