The thing is that the bible doesn't say that men are better than women are that men are better or worse than me, it just discusses that women and men have different roles of equal importance.

The notion of a woman "submitting" to a man seems arachic to our society.
Were we not so proud, we might be able to concede that our society has been falling apart for some time. People try to be all & do all in everything - or the other extreme, they do nothing at all for anyone.
When God ordains a marriage, the man devotes himself to his wife so much that she naturally wants to submit.
Just like we want to serve & live for Christ, because He first served & died for us.
