@paul19781105 First off, I'm pretty sure the government didnt make this app, so I don't know why you threw the government in the mix. Secondly, not everyone is in the same position as you (were). Not everyone has older brothers to scare bullies off. And with things like Facebook and whatnot, it's a lot crazier. And BTW, you say kids are 'sissies' nowadays and are 'scared to get their hands dirty', why didn't you fight the bullies of yourself? Needed your big brothers to help you? :P
