since becoming a paladin took cecil to lv 1 he needs to train EVEN THOUGH lv 10 Dark Knight had FAR LESS HP than a lv1 Paladin lmao

In fact, Level 1 Paladin Cecil has more HP than a Level 20 Dark Knight Cecil. The only things Cecil really loses post-class change are Darkness (which can be obtained as an Augment anyways, though works better on Kain than him), and the Deathbringer, but makes up for the lack of OHKOs in sheer power.
