My starting weight was about 210lbs and now I'm currently 171. Round two was nice and way easier. The picture on my account shows were I was at the end of phase 3, round two. The just fell off - lot's of fat in the beginning:{ If you want six pack-abs, this is the program that will get you there. Start phase three, round three today. This program was just a start to healthier and fit lifestyle change - FOREVER! I would not give up my abs for anything now:}

So far its been great! Today was Yoga i had NO idea how intense that stuff was. Im not as sore as i thought I would be from Plyometrics. Thankfully I had been gettin back in shape for about 3 months before starting this. So day 4 down and 3 to go. i told myself if I can make it through the first week i can make it the 3 months. Are your final round 1 pics up yet?

Thanks! The first week you'll definitely be sore. But just find the time to keep push'n play. By the end of the first month, you'll be glad that you stayed on track.

hey nice results, i just ordered p90x and im wondering in the first round can i go from "that chubby guy" to "buff guy"?

Absolutely! This program was designed to shred your body. Not including the cardio workouts, I burn on average 300 - 300 Calories just on the Chest n Back workout CD alone. And top that off the next day with some cardio...dude, your gonna get results. Push play and do all the workouts. When your sore...fight through. When your lazy, get up and push play...just listen to your body and be safe! You want results, you gotta work hard. I've come along way myself.

Awesome results! Are you in phase 2 yet? Definitely want to see the follow up video. Keep up the good work. I am going to check it out. Definitely need a new workout routine for the new year. Thanks for sharing it.

Yup, I'm now on Round Two, Phase 3. Each round is 90 days. I have some JPEG's that I've taken from my cell phone...maybe I'll send those to via e-mail.
This is absolutely an amzing program. Eat smart and follow the work out program. How could you not get results!? I will push a little harder for round three...since the beach and sun will be ready for me then:}
